Current Accomplishments
Hon. Virgilio S. Lacson has authored hundreds of legislative measures in the House of Representatives to provide more benefits to teachers, such as the Teachers' Fare Discount, Increase in Teachers' Allowance, Provision of Technical Equipment, Amendments to the Magna Carta for Teachers, among others.
Currently, Hon. Lacson serves as Assistant Majority Leader in the Commission on Appointments and Vice Chairperson of the Committee on Appropriations, the Committee on Energy, and the Committee on Justice. He is also a member of North Luzon Growth Quadrangle, Nuclear Energy, Overseas Workers Affairs, Constitutional Amendments, and Public Accounts Committees.
